I was amazed at the amount of work and thought put into this program.  I enjoyed the networking opportunities and hands on projects. I have enjoyed working as an IT developer, and got a chance to use my skills using agile practices. I believe this program has pushed my skill to the next level. I have been offered an opportunity to go to Japan for a year to work on an engineering project.  I can honestly say, I am prepared for this journey because of this program.

The Agile Undergrad College Program pilot set me on the right path for my future development. I was able to network and work with others effectively in a fast, but fun environment. I am a full-time student and was really excited about hearing how agile teams are changing the organizational structure. As a graphic designer, I felt this could give me the advantage I was looking for and since my school did not offer this course, I looked elsewhere.  A friend of mine referred me to Just Agile Management and I signed up for the pilot.  It was great content, it includes practice tests, situational learning and coaching templates that in my opinion prepares you for real-life events.

Great experience! My major is in fine arts, I signed up for the Program and took away so much from the speakers, workshops and team collaboration. This experience has been fun, engaging and eye opening to what additional programs can offer graduates. This is a perfect extension of development that’s needed in our curriculums.

The Agile College Undergrad Program has been the highlight of my year. As a part of the program you get paired up with a group of other college students and form an agile team. Don’t worry, the curriculum prepares you for this event through the agile training, practice tests and coaching.   I have been job searching, seeing many posting looking for agile and scrum background. My best friend and I signed up for this program and even though we got put into different agile teams, we both concluded, this was a top notch experience. I recently interviewed and accepted a position in San Francisco to work in film production with agile teams.

Nice work! The concept of “Become Your Own Talent” really resonated with me. I have changed majors a few times since being in college, trying to find a career that would fit the current job market. I was beginning to get discouraged, not sure if I had the tools after graduation to compete. Wow! This program boost my confidence. I feel ready for all challenges because I was given an opportunity to work with other great professionals and get feedback and grow in this short, but fast pace environment. Just Agile Management, I hope our pilot input provides enough to go live. This is a great program!
