Small Business Start-Up Program

Description: The program is designed around the Model of Learning and Development, which focuses 70% hands on experience, 20% networking, mentoring and coaching, and 10% instruction and training. Part I: Assessing Your Business, during this program you will be asked to assess your business future startup or current business. This assessment will include a business plan review, business mapping session and risk analysis. Part II: Transition Your Business, this involves registering for your legal entity, business domain, identifying the proper business licenses and more. 

Who should take this course?

This program is designed for new, current or exploratory small businesses or entrepreneurs looking to start or transition to an agile business platform.

Agile Undergraduate Program

Description: The program Model of Learning and Development is designed around 70% hands on experience, 20% networking, mentoring and coaching, and 10% instruction and training. It includes scrum training, introduction to project management and many other skill building workshops. Students interested will take part in a project sponsored by our Executive team to gain real-life experiences working in an agile team. This project can be added to students resume and portfolio.

Who should take this course?

This program is designed for young professionals and college students that’s currently participating in a degree program, certificate program or professional trade and extends 1 year post-graduation or program.
