The JAM Community is a Private Network that supports our agile platform.
Members include, small business owners, young professionals, Executive sponsors and Explorers
Provides agile training, coaching, mentoring and business portfolio support
Offers continuous skill building, using scrum in business and leadership development training
Supports our Small Business Startup program
Sets guidelines for the small business network, internships and recruitment
OUR MEMBERS,
The JAM Community members consist of Executive Sponsors, Small Business owners, Young Professionals, Mentors, and Coaches. We believe in our mission to “Become Your Own Talent”. We strive to support each individual with their goal to self-actualization. We are dedicated to provide time, resources and networking opportunities, to help with developing our JAM Community members abilities, self-realization, self-fulfillment , self-discovery, and self-exploration.
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER? Young Professionals
Young Professionals currently participating in a college degree program, certificate program or professional trade and this extends 1 year post-graduation or program. Individuals meeting requirements will be eligible to take part in internships, and projects posted by our Executive sponsors and small business owners. As a member of the JAM Community, you will receive support with small business portfolio, career development and small business startups.
HOW CAN I BECOME ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible for consideration, all candidates meeting the above criteria must complete free registration, by creating a profile with JAM, and must complete the online professional workshop - Building Your Portfolio the Agile Way.
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER? All Others
All others interested in supporting the JAM Community as an Executive Sponsor, Small Business owner, Mentor, Coach, or Donor must believe in our mission “Become Your Own Talent”. Joining the JAM Community as a member, means you are ready to support our young professionals, small business professionals, and Explorers with their career aspirations and small business startup journey. Your professional advice and presence in the JAM Community is vital to its success and growth. As members, you will also have access to the small business startup platform, small business portfolio support, agile recruiting system, using scrum in business, marketing perks and more.
HOW CAN I BECOME ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible for consideration, all interested members must complete free registration, by creating a profile with JAM, and must complete the online professional workshop - Building Your Portfolio the Agile Way and submit your application. All approvals for new tier members are reviewed and completed by members of the JAM Community Council.
